The Sarfaroshi Foundation is a grassroots movement as much as it is an NGO and it functions at three levels. 

The primary and most significant level is that of our community leaders. When a village or town area decides to join Sarfaroshi, it is through these charismatic leaders that they do so. Every village or region that works with us has a village president and associates that conduct village meetings and take our campaigns forward. 

Sarfaroshi has an up and ready office staff whose work it is to ensure the smooth functioning of our offices and workplaces. 

For the Foundation’s major work and to deliberate on its future arenas, it has constituted the Sarfaroshi Foundation Board.  

Besides this, Sarfaroshi consults many associates without whose work, assistance and advice the foundation would be hard pressed to carry on its efforts. सरफ़रोशी संस्था चलती है संगठन से और इसे चलाने के लिए तीन स्तर पर लोग काम करते हैं।
