Adesh has the kind of grit that allows her to give herself a fright and then get past it. She never finished school and there was a seemingly insurmountable fear of books. She took this head on and became the book-keeper for the block of villages enrolled in the government run livelihood mission. Accounts became her strong suit. That is the kind of tenacity Adesh has. Everyone can vouch for her reliability regardless of caste or community. There is nothing she cannot do.
