Sudha is our very own Rani Lakshmibai, every bit as fiery and fearless. First, she conquered her own fear, of leaving the village and dealing with the judgemental eyes of the men in her midst. Then she took all the women with her in village after village in her block. The kind of commitment she displays is rare.
