Sahdev, also known to everyone as Sunny shines bright like the first rays of the morning sun amidst the Sarfaroshis. He spends much of his time listening to what everyone else has to say. When it’s finally his turn to say something, the few measured words shed light on the entire discussion at hand. He’s a doer in the end, not a talker. And he is motivated primarily by the need to combat caste discrimination. He also has great reserve. When everyone else at Sarfaroshi is exhausted, Sunny manages to push past his own tiredness and injects new life into all those around him.
