Babita is the kind of woman who single-handedly dealt a body blow to caste bullies in her village, that too when she was a young girl. Her outer demeanour however doesn’t reflect that inner fire as she smiles a lit, listens carefully to everyone and is on the whole easy to talk to. She played a pivotal role in the Sarfaroshi health campaign. And when she’s not out and about changing the world, she cooks a mean sarson ka saag and chicken curry.
